Justin Ragner, CTP.

P R E S I D E N T


Justin has been active in both the KCAFP and National AFP for over 15 years and has been in commercial banking for over 20 years. Throughout his career, Justin has focused on providing innovative treasury management solutions to clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. 


Justin enjoys learning about new payments and industry trends, and networking with colleagues.

Kristianne Jaegers, CTP. 

T R E A S U R E R


Kristianne has been with JPMorgan Chase since 2019 and has 17 years experience in corporate treasury roles serving several companies throughout the Kansas City metro. She has held her Certified Treasury Professional accreditation since 2005.  


Kristianne’s professional responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of large commercial banking clients across Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa while serving as a treasury services consultant for complex international treasury structures and system integrations. 


Kristianne has earned her Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Corporate Finance from Avila University and Bachelors of Science degrees in Genetics and Biology from the University of Kansas. She has been actively involved with KCAFP since 2004 and has been a member of the Board since 2012. In her personal time, Kristianne spend time with her family including her husband, Kevin, and their two boys. She enjoys going out on adventures and spending time exploring the trails with her favorite horse, Stella.

Lanie Sedlacek, CTP

Lanie has been with UMB Bank since 2008 and has held her Certified Treasury Professional accreditation since 2019. Lanie’s professional responsibilities include managing a portfolio and Treasury Management Service consulting for new and existing commercial clients, including public fund clients around the Kansas City region. 

Lanie is a graduate of Benedictine College with a degree in Mathematics and Business. She has been involved in the KCAFP since 2015, and a Board member since 2022. 


In her personal time, Lanie spends time with her family including her husband, Paul, and their 3 children. Lanie enjoys cheering on KC sports teams and playing golf. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Hilltop Child Development Center in Lawrence, KS.

Jessica Key, CTP

Jessica has been in the financial services industry for over 18 years. As a Cash Management Sales Officer with Woodforest National Bank, her role is to help clients achieve their financial goals by using cash management tools to extend DPO, shorten DSO, mitigate fraud, and automate processes.  

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor of Finance and MBA. Jessica achieved the CTP designation in 2015 and has served in numerous leadership roles with the Fort Worth AFP and as Co-Chair of TEXPO 2021, a regional Treasury & Finance Conference serving 1,000 + Texas treasury professionals.


Jessica is a native Texan and is proud to establish new roots in Olathe, Kansas with her teenage daughter, Molly and spirited German Shepherd, Pepper.

James P. Gilligan

James P. Gilligan is Senior Vice President for MFR Securities, Inc., a woman owned securities firm based in New York, where he advises the firm and assists on capital market transactions. Prior to MFR, Jim worked for over 38 years at Evergy, Inc., a public utility holding company based in Kansas City, Missouri, where he retired as Assistant Treasurer in 2020.  At Evergy, Mr. Gilligan had responsibility for all the cash management and corporate finance functions, including debt and equity financings, rating agencies, investments, cash forecasting, bank relationships, payments and disbursements. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with a BS of Business Administration and also an MBA in Finance. 


Mr. Gilligan holds the professional designations of Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FPAC). He is active in the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), having previously served 8 years as a member of its Board of Directors, Chair of the Government Relations Committee, associate editor of the Essentials of Treasury Management (the textbook for the CTP credential,) and chair of the AFP PAC Board of Trustees. He has testified twice before Congress on the subject of money market reform. He is also a director and past president of the Kansas City AFP, a retired member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Kansas City Better Business Bureau and a former Regional Director of the National Association of Credit Management. Mr. Gilligan holds the SIE, Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 securities licenses issued by FINRA 



David Pucci, CTP

P R E S I D E N T


Mr. Pucci is a Senior Vice President within the Treasury Management group for UMB Bank in Kansas City. David came to UMB Bank 34 years ago from Centerre Bank where he was the Director of Bank Operations, a position he held for 8 years. David has been in Treasury Management for over 34 years at UMB.


Mr. Pucci is a member of the National Treasury Management Association and the Kansas City Treasury Management Association. Mr. Pucci has spoken at many regional AFP conferences and has taught numerous courses for The American Institute of Banking relating to Treasury Management and Bank Operations. David Pucci holds both a (CTP) Certified Treasury Professional as well as a (AAP) Association for ACH Professional certification. David Pucci is a graduate from Rockhurst University with a BSBA in Management and in Marketing.
